We all struggle with boundaries at times—setting them, enforcing them, recognizing them, crossing them. Feeling boundaries in your body can help you be more effective at setting them for yourself as well as recognizing them in others. Being able to embody your boundaries makes “no” easier and “yes” more authentic.

Who doesn’t like a personality test? More than a quiz, this assessment helps you understand your basic fears and desires as well as how your personality affects your body and movements. But how to apply this knowledge? I also introduce a meditative tool for working with different aspects of your personality.

Missing Pieces & Missing Peace: Intro to Parts Work

Participants learn how to recognize and connect with different aspects of their personalities so that they may begin to resolve conflicts between these aspects, which improves their experience with the external world.
