We all want to just feel better. Paradoxically, that can take some discomfort–physical or emotional, probably both. I’m not a healer–your body is, your action is, your tribe is, nature is. I’m a teacher. My role is to help facilitate your growth and healing process so that discomfort is also just a process and you can spend more time feeling better!
